Our monthly wellness visits by a licensed nurse provides our residences with periodic medical checkups to promote the maximum well-being of the resident. 
QHCS also offers daily stimulating activities to include gardening, daily exercise, and crafts. These activities provide mental and physical stimulation which leads to a richer and more fulfilling life. Other services like Massage Therapy and Spa/ Aquatic Therapy are pleasantry services which offer residents relaxation and enjoyment. We also have transportation assistance which assists residents with transportation to doctor’s appointments, securing medication, and running errands.
